Prime Pork Farms Ltd is a registered refugee-led social enterprise in Mahama Refugee Camp, Rwanda, creating sustainable livelihoods through pig farming, organic fertilizer production, and youth empowerment.

Recognized for its innovative community impact, the venture earned my selection to the Amahoro Coalition Fellowship Cohort 4 and received $3,000 through the Mastercard Foundation SEF 2.0 Entrepreneurship Fund to scale operations, strengthen food security, and expand economic opportunities.

Prime Pork Farms Ltd reflects my belief that entrepreneurship can transform local challenges into sustainable opportunities. As a registered refugee-led social enterprise, it creates livelihoods through sustainable pig farming, youth employment, and circular agriculture.

The venture led to my selection for the Amahoro Coalition Fellowship Cohort 4 and received $3,000 through the Mastercard Foundation SEF 2.0 Entrepreneurship Fund to scale its impact, strengthening livelihoods, food security, and economic inclusion in refugee and host communities.

Mahama Tailoring Empowerment Project (M-TEP)

Beyond agribusiness, my entrepreneurial journey also extends to skills-based livelihood creation through the Mahama Tailoring Empowerment Project (M-TEP).

Through this initiative, young mothers and vulnerable youth in Mahama Refugee Camp were equipped with tailoring skills and access to sewing equipment to support economic independence and income generation.

M-TEP reflects the same entrepreneurial philosophy behind Prime Pork Farms Ltd: moving beyond short-term assistance and creating sustainable systems where individuals gain skills, resources, and opportunities to build their own futures.
